The Rainbow's nest

The caravan was lovely, everywhere you looked there is something different to see, the decor is quirky but we liked it. It definitely lives up to its name. The caravan was clean and has everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of toilet roll and we enjoyed the complementary biscuits, tea and coffee. Nice size fridge, clean kettle and toaster. Good communication from the owner and it was a perfect base for our weekend stay. We would certainly use again if available next time we stay at Morecambe.

Had fun finding the caravan from the video sent, but as the owner had said it was behind the reception, after a walk about we found it. The outside does make it clear it's the Rainbow Nest once you get to it. It would have been good to have found instructions on how to work the heating and where the box was, we did work it out. Maybe a little booklet with instructions would be helpful?

Quirky. The kids loved it. Very clean and inviting.

Nothing.

It was very clean, the bathroom the toilet, the kitchen and all the utensils were clean to good standard, you can’t see any dust on the shelves and the corners.

Parking, it was not beside the caravan but you can still park anywhere, it wasn’t that big if a problem at all.

Lovely bright colour’s, kids loved the led lights on the shower 😊loved the little touches like coffee, tea and sugar as I forgot to buy sugar. Great that there is two toilet’s available. Swimming pool is small but clean. We recommend the pool party , it was great fun! Evening entertainment was ok, not much for older kids 8/13 after bingo at 9.30. Arcade is small but does the job, kids enjoyed it. Giant inflatable ball was fun, but kid’s stunk afterwards! There is plenty of showers. 20 minutes walk to the beach, 5 by car. Lovely day out. Loads of shops nearby.

Storage. The wardrobe and drawers were full of leftover decorating stuff. Bits of everything.
