Beautiful location, wonderful view would stay here again.

The location of the property was excellent beautiful view every morning from the loft conversion with having a view of the beach, was clean and tidy would definitely stay here again.

There was only 2 really small issues but didn’t ruin the time we stayed, was just that there wasn’t enough cooking equipment in the flat as we would have liked to have cooked more and there wasn’t enough plug sockets near a mirror so was difficult to do my hair but I managed.

Disappointing and frustrating,it could be such a nice place to stay

Comfortable bed and shower was good flow.Good view of bay

No ventilation in main room,no windows open ,stifflingly hot we could not use on Wed and Thu evenings .(We actually came home a day early due to this)The extractor over the cooker was at a dangerous height and position we both hit our heads on it.We could not get any stations on TV and there were no written instructions,despite following advise by telephone we could still not get stations.The bathroom has no proper wash basin ,tiny basin impossibly impractical,nowhere to put toiletries in shower or in the bathroom,no hooks to hang towels etc.(Had to take plug out of shower for water to drain ) None of the drawers in the bed rooms big enough to put clothes in ,no hangers or hooks to hang anything on.The bed in the back room was so low to the floor it was difficult to stand up from unless you were young and fit ,no room for manoeuvre around both sides of the bed .Blind was broken so did not close properly The rubbish area downstairs was an absolute disgrace

The location is excellent and the views outstanding.

Kitchen Dining table Coffee machine -didn't find the coffee machine! ? And, if you like eggs for breakfast, didn't find a way to prepare them? Bedroom Linen Wardrobe or closet- no wardrobe or closet -or any hooks. Not even in the hallway. We had great weather -but there would have been no where to hang a wet coat. Accessibility Entire unit wheelchair accessible -no, two sets of stairs in the apartment. Bathroom Toilet paper Towels Bath or shower Toilet Hairdryer Bath Shower There is not a bath. (I think there was the last time?) The walk in shower is fine -but it is a 'rain' shower head -so if you don't want to wet your hair every time -bring a shower cap. Hand soap at the sink but no other 'toiletries.' And no 'slip bath mat.' Internet No internet access available. There was internet -and it was fine in the main room (my husband was remotely working) but none in the bedrooms.

Great location and clean apartment.

Location and being a top floor apartment! Safe and secure. The crown pub next door serves excellent food. Owners very responsive. Towels & toilet rolls provided. Parking easy to use on the app to extend stay.

Tv didn’t work despite reset and asking if it did before arrival. No bath as advertised. Large Shower No pots or pans. Extractor fan dangerous and did not work. No views from bedrooms. Uncomfortable chairs at dining table.

Lovely spot in the centre of town.

The apartment is in a great location for families. There is a playground directly over the road. A lovely view over the bay, but surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Plenty of room for our family, although as mentioned in other reviews, there are sloping ceilings in the living area, so you just need to watch your head. We found the host easy to contact, the communication about the lockbox simple and clear, and enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

We would definitely recommend adding a few hooks to hang coats/shirts up, as currently there aren't any. Not a problem for a short stay though.

To did not work. Central heating did not work. Toast still in the toaster. No reply from owners when rung and messaged. Had to repair the heating myself.

A pleasant enough stay

The view is lovely, especially if you catch a sunny day. Large comfortable beds.

Lack of bins. Only 1 bin in the kitchen meaning any hygiene products have to be quite publicly dealt with Poor quality sofa, very rickety. Bathroom sink totally inadequate, far too small for a main bathroom. Steep stairs. Listing needs to carry a warning for anybody recovering from injury, elderly, with children or with mobility issues. Dining area needs a rethink, not appropriate for 4 people due to ceiling height. Tumble dryer didn't seem to dry clothes on the occasion it was required.

Stunning views, nice clean apartment, a few repairs needed.

Stunning views, apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Great spot right on the sea front. Lovely king size beds, really comfy.

The tv didn’t work, Ariel was literally cut in half with exposed wiring, sent couple of messages to host but no response. Parking is more than implied, price quoted is for day time only, if you want to park overnight it’s £8 for 24 hours so something to bear in mind as it adds to the price of the stay. Kitchen tap only just reaches the sink so any splashes floods counter top and floor. Bathroom is a tight fit and bath panels were loose and kept falling off. Nothing too major but in need of a few repairs.

A room with a view

Perfectly situated overlooking the bay, view outstanding! Well appointed,clean with attention to detail.Owner left everything you could need to start your holiday.Plenty of drawer Obvious renovations of communal areas ongoing on our stay.

Large protruding concrete beams at a low level which can catch you out when using sockets , can't be helped due to building construction so just to be aware that if a child (3 year old) we're present they are at forehead level. No where to hang coats in hall or place for shoe on entering No wardrobes for dresses to hang. Lift a bit temperamental at times. Needing a few small repairs but didn't detract from an ideal apartment.

I stayed with my partner & 2 children 8 & 2. The view was stunningly beautiful, a real home from home experience with everything you needed for your family in & around the apartment. Toiletries, cleaning products, WiFi, tvs, washer, Bluetooth speaker, towels etc there literally was everything we needed. Clean, comfortable & homely. Lots of information was left from the host in a folder of everything going on in Morecambe, places to visit, places to eat, events, car parking etc literally everything was covered. Me & my family was so happy & content & was disheartened to be leaving I could of stayed forever. We would 100% come back. It was excellent value for money, lovely host & great communication 🥰

A fantastic apartment right on the beech front with amazing views. Bring your paws too.

The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Fully heated and well equipped particularly in the kitchen. An espresso machine including pods, and even a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen area. It really is a home away from home. Fantastic that we could bring our dogs. The views and seating area in the windows at the front are amazing.

Minor points really. - The lock on the front door was a little tricky. - Reception on the TV was very poor. - Wi-fi, though good in the main room did work in the bedrooms. - A little fit and finish issues, particularly in the bathroom. As I said, they were all minor issues and didn't really bother us.

In the middle of anything you may need, shops, pubs, restaurants , train statio 5 minutes walk, directly opposite the beach with gorgeous views, apartment had everything you needed for self-catering, although we ate out most of the time as too many nice places around to choose from , lovely comfy bed, shower fantastic cannot fault anything at all , much larger than we expected too, and will hopefully definitely be back next year thank you for a lovely stay

Only problem we had was a bit of difficulty with the key getting back into the apartment, but probably our fault as there must be a knack to it, managed to get in okay after a few tries

Apartment had not been serviced due to a mix up about changeover days. However, once reported the cleaner came in 15 mins and did a great job. TV aerial is broken in 2 places making it very unreliable - would be a simple fix

I did not like waiting 3 hrs to get the key that should of been in key box the bathroom was functional but in need of repair, loose bath panel & taps on bath were loose.
