It was lovely, had everything we needed for a break, a home from home!
Loved the south facing ‘balcony’ we got loads of sunshine 😊.
The property itself was great, just unfortunate that was at the far side of the caravan site so took a good 5 minutes to drive round in first gear every day!
That’s the only downside but not a real complaint!!

Location, clean, we liked the decking area.
There was a serious health and safety issue. The handrail for exiting the caravan was on the wrong side and the door blocked it. The steps were unsafe as they were not secured to the caravan. There was a dirty cup left in the cupboard. We had a big problem with ants inside the caravan especially on the worktops.
My wife fell off the second step as she had no handrail to hold onto. This was reported to Host and Stay who said they would get their maintenance team to look at the steps and handrail but unfortunately no one arrived during our stay.
