It was nice and clean and homely people on site very friendly

Few ants on kitchen side and in bathroom, dog hair on carpet

It had plenty of room, two toilets, great location and peaceful even though it was the February half-term.

We hadn’t realised that towels weren’t included, so had to go out and buy some, but that wasn’t a major issue

Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The bed was very comfy and there were extra pillows available. Cleaning items were also available within the property.

No towels at the property.

Location, clean, we liked the decking area.

There was a serious health and safety issue. The handrail for exiting the caravan was on the wrong side and the door blocked it. The steps were unsafe as they were not secured to the caravan. There was a dirty cup left in the cupboard. We had a big problem with ants inside the caravan especially on the worktops. My wife fell off the second step as she had no handrail to hold onto. This was reported to Host and Stay who said they would get their maintenance team to look at the steps and handrail but unfortunately no one arrived during our stay.
