The Shower was hot for 5 minutes then cold and then hot again. I did report this to the landlord. The Beds in the second room were very uncomfortable, not suitable for adults as you can feel the springs but suitable for a 2 night stay.

It was clean and comfortable beds. The property has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There was also an oven and hob, unfortunately the hob didn’t work. I advised the owner about the hob and he said he would get his cleaner to check it. It was in a good location for The Lakes and Blackpool. We stayed 16th to 21st June 2025.

The fact hob not working and had to manage with disposable bbq and microwave. The property sleeps 7 but only 4 knives and forks. I would suggest bringing extra cutlery and small veg prep knives and a pair of kitchen tongs and possibly an airfryer if hob still not working. The property very nice inside but the outside needs TLC as gate broken and debris in outside seating area. There are open recycling boxes in front drive which look untidy and unsightly.

Great value and well equipped. Clean, pleasant and plenty of space.

There was a minor fault on one of the spot lights but it didn’t affect our stay

Good location, beautiful garden, and only a clean kitchen and dishwasher.

Cleanliness: Poor overall. Dust and dirt under furniture, stained bedsheets, and spiders/cobwebs in the downstairs bathroom and to someplaces. Maintenance: Major water leak from the upstairs bathroom to the staircase during showers. Downstairs bathroom clogs easily. Comfort: Double bed mattress springs are loud and uncomfortable. Overall: The owner clearly cares about the property, but it needs a reliable cleaning team and essential bathroom repairs to reach its full potential.
