Lovely property just a stones throw from the beach and promenade. Neil welcomed us on arrival and gave us some fantastic suggestions of places to explore nearby. Dog friendly beach just a 10 minute drive away too. Would definitely recommend!

It was neat and clean perfect location near beach everything is well managed and the staff is all the time in contact with you to take care regarding any problem

All the stuff inside made of wood and bedrooms very cosy specially no noise around it i really like it

everything in the property was to the highest standard. It was decorated with real attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable. It is extremely central. Parking was no problem as we’ve got a permit. We took our three dogs and there was no problem with that.

The owner was very helpful. The facilities were well equipped. The TV had every channel you could want. The shower was invigorating . I was hoping to have a soak in the bath as we don't have one, but the weather was too for that unfortunately. The beds were super comfy. It was lovely and cool downstairs with the stone floor. A cosy place to come back to at the end of a day out.

I didn't like that the garden was shared. wouldn't have chosen the property if I'd have known. Downstairs is a little on the dark side, it could do with brighter lights. The stairs are steep. If you have mobility issues you could find this a hazard. Night time was very noisy. The pub on the corner was very noisy and neighbours were also noisy. Not to mention the seagulls that never shut up from 4am. All of this might not have been too noticeable if we didn't have to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. Even though the lovely little road where the houses are is well kept, you're just around the corner from the rougher part of Morecambes nightlife.
