Excellent service from the desk staff when we reported an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The receptionist joined us to the room to check and then arranged for an engineer to fix the issue when we were out.

The Apple Maps location for this hotel is not accurate. It sends you to their corporate office several blocks from the actual hotel. Google maps has a different name for the location of the hotel. The cab service I used could not locate the correct location. The wonderful desk lady walked out onto the street and directed me in. The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located to town and metro. The waterfront is a short distance away. Most of the places I wanted to visit were easily accessed from this hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself in Thessaloniki in the future.

The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra day as we really loved the location of this hotel. Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away!
Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about using busses to different cities and assisted with some great places to eat!
The rooms were great, very nice, big balcony, clean and the beds were very comfy.
