Super easy access, bus station nearby for old city, and 500 m for the airport bus. Breakfast was decent and room was cleaned on a daily basis.

A bit on the old side could do with some refurbishment. But then the price would differ too...

Staff was super friendly and helpful in every occasion, the room was clean, it was very close to city centre and there's many restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

The noise from the street at night, really made it hard to sleep. And the pillows and mattress were very hard.

Olla kalla 🥰 phenomenal impressions of the stay in this hotel, clean, tidy, simple, phenomenal location. what I would change is the furniture in the foyer, the flowers in front of the entrance, pay a little more attention to the restaurant, the terrace by the restaurant, arrange more flowers, change the furniture. everything else is phenomenal. we will always come back to this hotel!

Comfortable, clean, quiet and reasonably priced hotel in the very center of Thessaloniki. Kind and helpful staff. Fine view from the balcony of my room. Air condition available. Functional lift. Highly recommended establishment for solo travellers, would definitely stay there again.

Great location walking distance from cafes, shops, bars and landmarks. It was also serviced well and clean with lovely informative staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pella.

It was nice value for the money and pleasant location, close to center.

I liked that it was comfortable, clean, even small. Very nice sunny balcony with a partly sea view. Kind service.

I didn’t like the separate blanket with a sheet, would be better to have a light duvet.

just the location, nothing else

the location was good for easy access to restaurants and bars.

the construction right in the front started at around 08:00 am. the bathroom was old, the shower had no curtains and my friend’s room had no closet cover. the air conditioner was set to only 25degree celcius and the hotel refused to lend the remote. I was told to call reception to come and change the temperature. ı was also demanded to leave room card at the reception desk and was not allowed to take it with me.

The did not want to do me a favor to give me a kettle to warm water for the baby. The hotel is terrible. Not clean at all, stinky and old !
