Great stay with great and understanding staff!

Very cozy and clean room with a huge terrace. Great location, close to everything I needed for my stay in 5 minutes distance by walk and a private car parking right next to the hotel with good prices so you won’t have to worry about your car at all! I would definitely go back there again , Highly recommended. Happy new year! ☺️

A nice staying!

It was a nice stay. The place was close to the city center. The space was spacious and functional. The only issue was that the curtains let in some daylight, but we managed it :) The host was extremely kind and helpful. We were satisfied and would definitely stay again!

Overall, it was a good stay. Yet, some important issues had arisen.

Great location.

1) Not sufficient quantity/variety of toiletries. Half bottle of hand soap, one shampoo, and 1.5 toilet paper for 5 days. That's it. I do not think that asking for such staff from the reception is a good practice from the Hotel's side. 2) I can understand that there is no need to change towels every day (to save water, etc.), however, not cleaning the room for 5 days is a bit too much. 3) Finally, the fire alarm went off one night at about 01:30 AM (due to another guest smoking at the room as we were informed) and there was no one to handle the situation. An employee came after numerous calls from the guests, after more than 40 minutes (!) and only after the Police & Fire Service turned-off the alarm.

Will not come back

Location

When we arrived at the building where our room is located, there was a bottle in front of the door collecting dripping water because the hallway was leaking. There was no toilet paper even though it was stated that it would be provided, and there were strands of women’s hair. I had requested a baby crib for the room in advance, but I did not receive it

Hospitality service not acceptable

The hotel is very well situated in the city. The rooms are modern and comfortable for the price. It seems to be clean, but I have found a dirty tissue in the bed side table …

I usually never leave bad reviews … but two events happened, which shouldn’t have and are just very bad service: The first one concerns the airport shuttle service. I had requested the hotel shuttle service because I was landing in the middle of the night (1am) alone (woman) and then planned to join my friend at the hotel. The shuttle booking was confirmed but no shuttle or car was waiting for me at the airport. I had to find another way by myself, in the middle of the night, unplanned. No apologies or explanation given by the hotel staff. The second issue concerns a fire alarm which went off the second (and last) night of our stay. At midnight the building alarm started and we all went outside (while it was raining). If I can understand that it is not the responsibility of the hotel if someone smokes on the properties, their absence of response the all night was unacceptable. All hotel guests tried to reach the hotel multiple times with multiple phone numbers, including “emergency number” without any success. Even the police came and also failed at contacting the hotel. The issue was “solved” more than 1 hour later by someone not bearing the noise anymore and unplugging the wires of the alarm system. We received an apology email the following day, but no offer on compensation, which is unacceptable.

Είχε τρίχες στα σεντόνια Είχε στο ψυγείο δύο ανοιγμένα μπουκάλια ,ούτε ένα καινούριο Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας ήταν σε υπερβολικό ύψος,μη φυσιολογικό από τους γενικούς κανονισμούς . Δεν είχε τηλεκοντρόλ η τηλεόραση. Είχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας και αυτό πολύ μικρό. Το ντουζ είχε μισό τζάμι αντί πόρτα και σε συνδυασμό με πολύ ψηλά το ντουζ έβγαιναν έξω τα νερά

Passt, wenn man einfach nur recht zentral übernachten will.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die schmale Seitengasse ist recht ruhig. In der Umgebung sind jede Menge Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Gleich ums Eck gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Laden („Yes“). Badezimmer war ok. Dusche hatte immer ausreichend Warmwasser und Druck. Handtücher waren sauber, WLAN und Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln) haben tadellos funktioniert.

Abgesehen vom Umstand, dass in sehr vielen solcher Unterkünften immer manches zu kurz, zu lang, zu tief oder zu hoch ist … die Terrasse im 5. Stock war riesig, aber völlig leer. Kein Tisch oder Sessel. (Drinnen auch nicht, denn für keines von beiden wäre Platz gewesen.) Die versperrte Verbindungstür ins Badezimmer der Nachbarn, lässt auf eine ursprünglich andere Raumverteilung schließen. Fernseher gab es in meinem Zimmer keinen.

ομορφο και ανακαινισμενο συγκροτημα, πολυ καλη προσπαθεια, σε πολυ καλο σημειο κοντα στα ενδιαφεροντα της πολης

καποια μικρα θεματακια όσο αφορα τις υγρασιες σε ταβανι και μπανιο, η απουσια καποιου ραφιου στη ντουζιερα για τα αντικειμενα του μπανιου καθως και αγκιστρα για τις πετσετες.

Σε πολύ καλό σημείο της πόλης βρίσκεται.

Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας ήταν τόσο ψηλά τοποθετημένη ώστε όταν καθόταν ένας άνθρωπος ύψους 1,85 μ, τα πόδια του δεν ακουμπούσαν στο πάτωμα. Η πόρτα της τουαλέτας δεν έκλεινε και η αποχέτευση μύριζε, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε το παράθυρο ανοιχτό όλη την νύχτα. Τα μαξιλάρια του κρεβατιού ήταν μάλλον για μαξιλάρια καναπέ (πάχος υπερβολικό).

La proximité de tous les lieux d’intérêts, l’établissement est moderne et accueillant. La literie est confortable. La salle de bain rénovée avec goût. L’organisation et la communication irréprochable. La personne à l’accueil est très gentille.

Le petit déjeuner serait un plus mais pas primordiale au vue de toutes les offres aux alentours. Pour plus de confort, avoir un service de ménage régulier ou à la demande (reapprovisionnement WC, changement serviettes, poubelles à vider). L’isolation phonique est moindre avec les autres locataires de l’étage, ce qui a certaines heures peut etre très dérangeant. Les lumières du couloir pourraient elles aussi être allumées uniquement si une personne s’y trouve, la lumiere passe au travers de la porte et dure toute la nuit. Quelques ajustements rendraient l’établissement encore plus attractif.

Κακή εξυπηρέτηση , δεν υπήρχε κανείς εκεί ή στο τηλέφωνο όταν βρεθήκαμε σε ανάγκη.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο.

Δεν μου άρεσε ότι την ημέρα του τσεκ αουτ που γίνεται 08:00-11:00 εμείς από το τις 05:00 το πρωί μας κόπηκε το ρεύμα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να ταΐσω το 8 μηνών παιδί μου , δεν είχα τρόπο να της φτιάξω γάλα . Επίσης δεν σήκωναν κανένα τηλέφωνο , ούτε το τηλέφωνο που είχαν για ώρα ανάγκης . Βρισκόμασταν στον 6ο όροφο και ο όροφος δεν είχε ρεύμα με αποτέλεσμα να φοβάμαι να μπω στο ανσασερ με βαλίτσες και το μωρό μην τυχόν μείνουμε . Κάνεις δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μας έως τις 12:00 που είχαμε φύγει ήδη .

Otel fiyat performans açısından çok iyi. Ama temizlik o kadar da iyi değil. Konumda güzel . Park yeri yok otelin . Mecburen yer bulursan sokağa , ki mavi çizgiye basarsanız polis ceza yazar. civarda otopark Var ama ücretli.

Perfekte und wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum von Thessaloniki!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und unschlagbar saubere & bequeme Unterkunft ! Mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet, auch ein kleiner Mini-Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer.

Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle auf dem Balkon wären schön, um draussen sitzen zu können.

Номер до неприличия мал. Чуть больше кровати. Два чемодана некуда поставить и они заняли все свободное место номера. Дверь в ванную открывалась очень тяжело и мы боялись сломать ее. В душе верхняя лейка была забита и вода лилась вверх, в стороны, но не вниз. Держателя для лейки не было и надо было держать в одной руке. Сама лейка забита и те несколько отверстий, которые работали, ранили очень больно кожу. Душ был адским! Слышимость из коридора просто ужасная, спишь как в коридоре. Сейф был упакован в коробку и никогда никем не использовался, а только занимал место. Кофемашина была, даже были две капсулы, но воды не было предоставлено. Слава богу мы останавливались на одну ночь. Я бронировал номер с двумя отдельными кроватями и получил ответ, что они предпримут все усилия для выполнения пожелания, но в итоге мы с взрослым сыном спали на небольшой двухспальной кровати. Заселение самостоятельное по инструкции в телефоне, вечером, поэтому поменять номер нет возможности.

Βόλτα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης!

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο και έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια. Τα δωμάτια είναι καινούργια, το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο για έναν άνετο ύπνο. Βέβαια νομίζω ότι θέλουν κάποιες μικρό βελτιώσεις. Επίσης δίπλα υπάρχει πάρκινγκ με χρέωση. Τέλος σε ένα αίτημα μας που έγινε σε κάπως περασμένη ώρα, υπήρχε άμεση ανταπόκριση και ικανοποίηση του αιτήματος μας! Σημαντικό!

Soggiorno deludente e al di sotto delle aspettative

L'alloggio si trova in una zona centralissima.

La camera era estremamente piccola, con dimensioni che definire “ristrette” è un eufemismo. La porta del bagno era un autentico incubo: pesante, difettosa e praticamente impossibile da aprire o chiudere senza l’aiuto di entrambe le mani. Il rischio di rimanere chiusi dentro era concreto. Ho segnalato il problema sia durante che dopo il soggiorno, sottolineando che la situazione poteva diventare pericolosa. La risposta ricevuta è stata che “non era mai successo” e che avrebbero preso provvedimenti. Eppure, leggendo le altre recensioni, la stessa problematica viene riportata da altri ospiti! Evidentemente, il problema persiste da tempo senza alcuna intenzione di essere risolto. Anche la doccia è stata una delusione: il soffione era talmente intasato di calcare che, nonostante fosse posizionato in alto (probabilmente per evitare una pulizia regolare), l'acqua schizzava ovunque. Ma a quanto pare, questo non è un problema per la struttura, visto che non hanno mai pensato di sistemarlo. Un’altra sorpresa: il letto era privo di biancheria completa, come se fosse un improvvisato “accampamento”. L'unico elemento presente era un coprimaterasso messo male, che faceva sembrare tutto ancora più trascurato. E, giusto per aggiungere un altro tocco di disorganizzazione, non c’era nemmeno un posto in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani. La camera, poi, era situata accanto all'ascensore, il che significava un rumore costante durante tutta la notte, impossibile da ignorare. Un vero disastro per chi cerca un po' di tranquillità. Anche la macchinetta del caffè era un altro fiasco: difettosa e malfunzionante. Dopo averla segnalata, la receptionist è dovuta salire in camera per cercare di farla funzionare, e dopo vari tentativi, ha ammesso che la macchina era “un po’ vecchia”. E come se non bastasse, al posto delle tazze da caffè ci hanno dato dei bicchieri scomodi, decisamente poco pratici e poco igienici. Nel complesso, un’esperienza che non rifarei assolutamente.

Η καθαριότητα και η άνεση ήταν αυτά που με εξέπληξαν πολύ θετικά στο κατάλυμα. Και η κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενέστατη και πολύ πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Η σχέση τιμής-παροχών-τοποθεσίας-καθαριότητας είναι εξαιρετική, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για σύντομη επίσκεψη στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Πολυ προσφατα φτιαγμενο κατα συνεπεια πολυ καινουργιο και πολυ ευρύχωρο και οι συσκευες καθνουργιες και σαν συυλ εξαιρετικο

Πολυ κακή ηχομόνωση με συνεπεια οντας πισω απο την ρεσεψιον να ακουμε τα παντα και να προκαλει προβλημα στον υπνο , δεν υπηρχαν μεσα στο καταλημα ουτε δυο μικρα μπουκαλακια νερο κ δυο καψουλες καφε να φτιαξουμε , ουτε στον εσωτερικο ουτε στον εξωτερικο χωρο δεν υπηρχε μια καρεκλα να κατσεις ενω το δωματιο ειχε αυλη
