The apartment was very good for its price

The apartment was very good for its price, the room and bathroom were large and clean. The mattress wasn't the best, but it was still comfortable enough. Our terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, and there was a grocery store right next to the entrance of the building. The car park is nearby. It is within walking distance of the top center of Thessaloniki.

There was a family with children staying in the next room and it was a bit noisy, but overall, I have no complaints.

Very tight streets with many parked cars and tight entrance and exit from the nearest parking , proposed from the facility. Probably regarding the strike at these days.

I would stay there again and i recommend it.

The property is very close to the center and the metro station. Nearby you can find restaurants, bars, pharmacy, in general everything you could need. It was super clean.

There was no window that you could open and the decoration was very basic and some furniture were "tired".

Bed is not comfortable, old mattress and too soft. I had a back pain afterwards. This location does not include parking even though it is said on the Booking. The parking is private parking two streets below and it is charged additionally.

Comfortable and valued stay.

Location, easy access and no check out hassle. The lady at the entrance was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean so was the room. Plenty of shops within walking distance.

Better lighting is needed in the bathroom and a shower curtain that prevents water spilling. The sound insulation needs improvement.

On booking.com we clicked on hotel, NOT APT. We wanted a place with an attendant. They showed a picture of a man sitting at a desk. when we got there there was no one there. The listing should have been apt NOT HOTEL. From now on we will book directly with the property

I could imagine a bit more light in the room. City center is around 30 min. by walk. Barhroom was nice on the photos but in reality it does not seem quality. But maybe it is only our taste.

Disappointing

The location is convenient

I stayed at luxor before at the 4th floor apartments. Then I was impressed by the design and quality but not this time. At my arrival I found a pair of used towels that I had to return to the reception. The apartment seems half-furnished. It is as if someone decided to put some decorations and some furniture and didn't finish the job. The bedside lamp fell apart when I touched it. The coffee maker wasn't working properly and the bathroom wasn't renovated. Keep in mind that these are old but renovated apartments. On the 4th floor the renovation worked well. On the 6th floor the renovation was probably not complete and the apartments are not really luxurious. In general I got the feeling that my unit wasn't properly maintained and even though I got it on offer, the price still didn't reflect the low quality.

Dirty, horrible beds, inaccurate information, unwilling manager (great receptionist though)

Location. The receptionist was a very pleasant person, and he really tried to do the best he could to help us deal with all the issues we had (coffee mugs and towels- see below). Without him, the place would have been a total disaster.

The worst matress and pillows we've ever slept on. The third "bed" was a sofa that was so bumpy you'd get a back problem on the spot. The mugs were dirty (had coffee in them). We found empty shampoo bottles in the bathroom, which made us think that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were no body towels. We called the manager on the mobile that was on the information sheet. He seemed to be a little annoyed that we demanded towels, and said he wasn't sure if he could get us any. (On top of that, why the info sheet had the manager's mobile, instead the reception phone number, made no sense.) They work with a private taxi hire company, but the prices on the information sheet are outdated. We used standard taxi- the price to the airport was fixed and cheaper than the private hire. The coffee and water are free on day one and there's a charge from day two. What a stingy policy... Between the elevator and the room entrance, there's a plasterboard construction that forces you to climb a couple of steps with the suitcases and pram, walk on a 1m x 1m plasterboard, and climb down a couple of steps before arriving at the door. It makes absolutely no sense to have this thing in the way.

Location, stuff and all apartment was really great. Bad and bathroom were soo comfortable and everything was clean.

The elevator was louder than expected and other guests were also loud so we could not have so nice sleep. My recommendation are ear plugs so you can enjoy in evening.

Would likely come again

Very easy to find , apartments is some 5-10 minute walk to Arristotelous square. The girl at the reception was very friendly and explained all and she even helped us how to reach the parking lot. There is a code and entering the apartment was very easy. Clean and wide, much space for all.

Good value for money

The apartment is conveniently located at walking distance from thesaloniki city center, in a pleasant area, it is very clean and comfortable for a city break. The parking lot is near by (2 streets away), it is a separate fee (mentioned in the booking) and it is closing at 11.00 pm. We stayed only one night, it is good value for money. We would recommend this place. Check in using a passcode, which is very convenient if you arrive late.

A little noisy in the street, however it was Saturday night and in the apartment the soundproof was ok.

We just stayed for one night. Nice building and nice appartment in the walking distance to the sea, ferry port and city centre. The room was exacly like on the pictures at Booking. Even thought the surrounding is noisy, you cannot hear anything inside. The host was very understanding and let us leave our luggage there for the whole day after check out.
