The internet had a few questionable moments, but the hotel is nice. Not fancy, but unique and comfortable. I really enjoyed it! I even had a balcony. You can walk to absolutely everything from here too. The staff was very kind. Definitely recommended.

Nice room for a good price.

The front staff was very nice and helpful. They gave recommendations and directions to places. However, the property itself wasn't great. It had dim lighting, we could hear everything going on outside, the. bathroom had a weird smell, and the water stopped working for a bit.

Price was great and personel even more than great!!!! I can only recommend cincerely.

The location was very convenient, everything was within walking distance. The room itself was comfortable and the hotel had kind staff members.

Wonderful team and friendly people, the hotel was clean and they were very helpful I arrived early and they gave me the room before the time. Wonderful hotel recommend it for everyone !

The room was tiny. Literally just a bed and thats it! The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet and there is no curtain shower.

Consider replacing the pillows. They are way too hard and uncomfortable for sleep. A hair dryer in the bathroom should belong to the standard equipment.

Hotel Pella is located in the centre. It is clean and safe. One of my usual hotels in Thessaloniki.

I stayed at this hotel 4 separate times in August 2023. It is definitely a 2 star hotel, however I was very impressed by the quality of service, the cleanliness of the room, the property and the price. The rooms are dated and small. I did like the effort they made to renovate the rooms and provide us with excellent service. The breakfast is honestly very good for $5 euros, and the staff make every effort to accommodate whatever we need. It is a 2 minute walk to Artistotelous and all other sites. I will definitely stay again and would recommend it for a stay between 1 to 3 days is perfect. Thank you Hotel Pella!

Very good sleep: good mattress, very clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom. Very good location. The staff was nice, present and attentive. That’s a 2 stars hotel for me. We had breakfast outside because we wanted to go through town.

Overall the service was lovely and the location too. However the condition was pretty bad. The room was dusty, the mattress yellow and the bedding gave me massive itching preventing me from sleeping. The AC is impossible to set to a tempersture so it just keeps runing, making things colder and colder. No shower curtains means there is water everywhere if you decide to shower. To add to it all, there were a ton of ants on the floor amunder my bag upon waking up and I was on one of the upper floors. The fans and extractor fans in the bathroom had tons of dust.

The positive first: The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to most things. There are restaurants, bars, shopping and cafes in the area. And there is a grocery store right next to the hotel. The hotel is clean. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I was allowed to change the check-out time to later since my flight was late. If one is interested in booking bustours, the hotel is near the departure point: Statue of Eleftherios Venizelos. Most, if not all goes from here. It's only 5 to 10 min walk depending on the pace you walk with. The negatives: It is clearly an old hotel. Not necessarily negative, but if you are interested in newer facilities, this can be a downfall. It was a bit cumbersome to have to hand the key back every time you go out. Doesn't go well with someone who is a bit timid like me. The worst was the smoking. But again, this is not necessarily the hotel's fault as many people in Greece smoke. There could be a smell of smoke in the lift, and really disgusting as they are small and hot. I often smelled smoke in the room when I used the air conditioner. It may well be that those in the next room were smoking on the balcony or others in the backyard. I could book the hotel again, but maybe not for as long. The hotel is relatively cheap, but I don't think it's quite worth what I paid for it.

Staff and management is not helpful, nice or attentive. They don’t care about you and they show it very clearly. Stay away.

Good value for an older but somewhat updated hotel. Very walkable to water, square, white tower and more. Would stay here again.
