Cute little apartment located in the heart of Nice. Very central yet quiet. Modern interior and equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay on the Côte d'Azur. It makes you feel right at home.
Unfortunately, there was a very strong smell coming from the drainage. Likely because od the hot weather. Also, the air conditions on the roofs are quite noisy and made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. Communication re check-in/check-out could be improved.

Very clean, great location, photos matching reality 1:1, great attention to details - from the start you already have tea, coffee, washing machine detergent, dishwasher fluid etc. AC is in both rooms which is a must in that weather. Late check-out up for discussion which I appreciated a lot.
No self check in and building overall is rather old, but these are nitpicks.

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Il est proche de la vieille ville et de la mer.
Le balcon est très bruyant, on entend la soufflerie de toutes les climatisations de l'immeuble, impossible d'y passer un bon moment, une vraie déception ! Déçue aussi par le rapport qualité/prix. Pas de shampoing, pas de gel douche, pas d'eau fraiche dans le frigo, pas d'essuie-tout... Quand on vient de loin et qu'on paie une somme conséquente, c'est le minimum ! Dommage aussi de recevoir les informations liés à l'appartement en anglais.
