PESIMO BOOKING. USEN OTRA PLATAFORMA

Pues estoy tratado de obtener un reembolso por parte de booking ya que me hicieron el cargo y resulta que el hotel ya cambio de dueños y nombre . Ellos no se hacen responsables de lo que booking.com manda como confirmacion y tuve que pagar de nuevo la reservacion en efectivo al llegar a la propiedad. Pesimo , SIGO EN ESPERA DE ATENCION A CLIENTES
