Es un hotel recién remodelado, todas las instalaciones prácticamente están nuevas. Muy confortable, bonito diseño que incluso se ve mejor que en las fotos. La zona es muy céntrica, estás a 5 minutos caminando del zócalo de la ciudad. Carlos, el anfitrión una excelente persona, muy atento cada momento. Lo recomiendo mucho

En general lo único que podría decir es que no tiene elevador pero es un hotel de solo tres pisos y tampoco es que le vea mucho elevador inconveniente. Es un buen precio para lo que te ofrecen.

Sencillo y confortable, con buena ubicación.

Buena ubicación, muy cercana a la central de autobuses y a pocos minutos del evento al que asistí. El acceso controlado por el gerente ofrece un aspecto de seguridad.

En general me parece un buen lugar para descansar y sé que tiene poco de haber arrancado, así que esperemos conforme crezca logren tener más personal, pero en realidad no tengo quejas.

Excelente hospedaje en el centro de Cuernavaca

Desde el inicio Carlos, el anfitrión tuvo una buena comunicación conmigo para el efecto de coordinar mi llegada y que todo estuviera a mi arribo. Siempre todo el personal se porto excepcionalmente amable, estando al pendiente de todas mis necesitas en todo momento Las instalaciones soy bonitas y se encuentran en excelentes condiciones. Asimismo, están tan atentos de todo que al salir del hotel se percataron inmediatamente que se nos había olvidado una pertenencia, teniendo la mejor disposición para que pudiera regresar por ella a la hora que pudimos. Sin duda alguna, me volvería a hospedar en el hotel Arcadia. Gracias por todas tus atenciones Carlos

Nos quedamos más que satisfechos con nuestro alojamiento. Carlos excepcional, gran ser humano, muy servicial, muy atento, realmente se merecen todas las flores. Atención personalizada las 24 hrs. Habitaciones limpias, cómodas, con todo los servicios al cien, una atmósfera cálida y confortable. Quiero reconocer el gran trabajo de Carlos, el encargado del hotel. Nos ayudo en un problema personal con nuestro coche, problema totalmente ajeno a ellos. Carlos sin importar que fuera media noche, estuvo conmigo y mi familia, el resolvió nuestro problema y siempre se mantuvo atento, fue amable, empatizo con nuestra situación. No nos dejó hasta que todo pudo resolverse. Estaremos agradecidos siempre por su actitud de servicio. No hay nada más importante para un viajero que saber que llegará a un alojamiento donde lo harán sentir valorado, importante y seguro. Sin temor a equivocarme, ¡el mejor hotel! - Volveremos pronto -

La ubicación.

El control de salida está muy mal manejado, me dieron un número celular del anfitrión para salir, pero estuve llamándole por casi media hora y estuvo todo el tiempo ocupado, casi pierdo mi autobús por la espera. Se me hace muy irresponsable dar un número para atender y que no lo atiendan correctamente. Esto no debería estar registrado como hotel, porque por su funcionamiento es más una casa de huéspedes.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, A menos de un kilómetro del centro. El personal es muy servicial y da instrucciones muy claras.

No cuenta con ningún espacio social ni servicio de comidas. Aunque siempre están dispuestos para tu atención, la recepción permanece cerrada y debes comunicarte para ingresar y salir del hotel. No es ningún inconveniente, pero si es información para tener en cuenta.
