Location, 1.5 kilometer to our friend we were visiting. Very convenient for us.

No hot water for the shower. Water in swimming pool was also cold.

Area not too bad / experience just okay.. mostly disappointing.

The parking under the room was nice. There was a Jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was pretty good and waiter in the morning was friendly.

Took over one hour to fill the tub with hot water, and then at the end was very dirty. There were no plugs next to the bed, we had to use the one in the bathroom. Most of the staff were not especially friendly or helpful. Only one very flat pillow per person, we had to use the ones from the couch downstairs. When we asked about getting a couple more pillows we were told “no, we don’t have any.” The bed is also very firm, and there is no cable television. The wifi never worked.

The food, especially dinner ,was terrible quality and took forever to be served. On our last day the waiter was miserable and unfriendly. We were contacted 2 days after our stay to say that hotel staff had made a mistake with our bill and we owed them money which they then took off my card (they had my details for the initial deposit) without my permission. I do not recommend this hotel...staff are inept and service very poor.Its a shame because otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

Not the best place to be

When I checked in the lady gave me the key of another Room was already occupied. Yes, was already occupaied. What kind of attention is that? That is very dangerous. One or the waiters in the small restaurant horrible service. Very, very slow

I requested to stay in room 224 , which has a Kingsize bed. Te request was NOT confirmed and when i phoned in the day of checkin reception said that 224 was not availble anymore but when i checked in they offered us an other nice room with 2 separate beds. Furthermore everything very nice

Es un hotel que cumple con lo básico. Yo me quedé una noche porque fui a una boda y solo llegué a dormir. Está limpio y la cama cómoda.

Muy agradable excepto por las penosas situaciones que se presentaron.

La atención del personal fue increíble muy atentos y responsables con las necesidades.

Había hormigas en la cama y no lo notamos al despertar estaban en nuestra ropa y celulares fue muy desagradable y la habitación se inundó salió el agua por la coladeras fue super estresante , molesto e incómodo.

Buena experiencia en una estancia corta

El hotel está muy céntrico y el personal es muy amable. La relación precio-calidad es buena, sólo nos quedamos una noche y para una estancia corta, nos parece una buena opción.

Algunas cosas del hotel se ven viejas, por ejemplo, las toallas se ven percudidas y la puerta de la regadera se está manchada. Otro detalle fue que los vasos estaban sucios.

La ubicacion era lo que yo buscaba, y el estacionamiento es muy comodo. El lugar es muy limpio y eso siempre se agradece.

Lamentablemente uno de los días que estuvimos no contamos con agua caliente, fui por trabajo por lo que me levante muy temprano y la sorpresa, según ellos, no servía su caldera, por lo que me bañe con agua helada. Lo peor nadie supo responder ante el problema; al día siguiente ya había agua caliente pero ya había pasado el mal rato un día anterior. Las camas son extremadamente duras, un cambio de colchones no estaría mal.
