Great value, a really enjoyable stay

The hotel staff was amazing, the restaurant was really good and my housekeeper did such great job. As a solo traveler I really enjoyed my stay.

The traffic at the intersection where the hotel is located is just something to be aware of.

Watch out what they charge you!

Hotel is very centrally located. Swimming pool and very pleasant grounds. Clean.

Very low water pressure in shower. Hot water took ages to come through but when it did it almost burnt. Then almost burnt my hand turning off the hot water as the tap was burning hot. My main complaint is being over charged. The rate given by Booking.Com was $1920.13 but I was charged $2200. As this was a relatively small amount I said nothing, but when I checked out they tried to charge me $175 x 2 for breakfast, which had been included in the Booking.Com price. Luckily I had local relatives who were with me and they successfully negotiated on my behalf but they told me that the Manager was exceptionally rude.

I booked it because it was close to center, had a pool and looked pretty in pix. Very clean

The WIFI was only available in common areas and had all different passwords. We could pull the pool area in our room. The "free" breakfast Consist of toast, juice and coffee. On Sunday there was a good but simple buffet, but we had to pay extra for it. The only smoking area was in a garage area. Thank goodness it was outside our room

En el cuarto necesita cambiar el ventilador, que es muy ruidoso, el colchón es incómodo y encontramos un alacrán muerto en el baño.

Céntrico y limpio puede mejorar

La ubicación y que esta limpia la ropa de cama y toallas. También el desayuno esta bueno sí lo pides a la carta.

Deberían invertir para climatizar la alberca en invierno es un tanto fría y no se puede disfrutar. En general modernizar el diseño de interiores en las recamaras, por ejemplo las pantallas son viejas y no se pueden conectar con el celular. El agua de la regadera tarda mucho en calentar (de esta forma se desperdicia el agua). No nos dieron otra habitación aunque queríamos dar la diferencia de precio.

La atención del personal y las instalaciones son bonitas. El restaurante es muy rico y en general es un hotel muy tranquilo y lindo.

La habitación olía mucho a humedad, aunque abriendo las ventanas y puertas, se quita. Por otro lado el colchón estaba muy duro.

Una estancia para un par de noches, cumple con ser un alojamiento en el centro.

El desayuno es normal. El café malísimo. Aunque la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable en cambiarlo, el café que preparan es solo agua. Iba a un congreso y quería iniciar mejor el día.

La cama es incómoda. La alberca la cerraban muy temprano, no la pude aprovechar. No me dieron factura, aunque la pedí por whasapp, nunca respondieron.

Ich habe kein Frühstück gewählt, sondern unterwegs auf dem Weg zu den Tempeln von Teopanzolco Kaffee, Thunfisch und Saldas im Oxxo gekauft. Im Zimmer habe ich etwas ferngesehen, mit großem Bildschirm und großer Auswahl spanischsprachiger Kanäle.

Internet ist nicht im Zimmer, sondern nur in der Lobby verfügbar, da aber mit guter Qualität.
