Adorable, modern, with great pool area

Absolutely gorgeous. Small, intimate, comfortable, with incredible service. We arrived and went straight to the pool area for an awesome cocktail. The pool was a vibe! Heated, beautiful, surrounded by foliage. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast? Exactly what I'd expect from a boutique hotel in Mexico. Location was great, super easy to get an Uber. Room was super roomy

Only thing that would have made this even better is having a small AC in the room. We attended a wedding nearby and getting ready in the room was a bit tough in the heat.

Room was advertised as air conditioned. It wasn’t. And so hot in the room overnight that it made it hard to sleep. Also various times staff had to be asked multiple times for simple things like extra towels or milk for coffee

Location was very convenient with beautifull gardens .The staff was great.

The suite we occupied was very spacious and comfortable however is was located overlooking the restaurant .The first night there was music till 1 am and people talking till 3 am . So we had to change rooms.

Value all around/Atmosphere & ambience including a pool set in a large garden. The great French restaurant for our superb dinner and the included in the room price breakfast in that same restaurant. Oh, the property is pet friendly with some resident tame cats plus cute well behaved dogs with guests.

Es la segunda vez que regreso y sigue estando fabuloso el hotel, a parte el restaurante de muy buen nivel, la alberca y las demás amenidades excelentes. El personal como siempre muy atentos.

Atención de los meseros pésima aunque muy bonito el lugar

El lugar es bonito y caliente la alberca, la, comida muy buen sazón

Las habitación que me toco muy pequeña en si pero con todo lo necesario y la atención de los meseros deja mucho que desear en disponibilidad y premura, hasta 30 min en traer unas bebidas y 40 min en comenzar a traer los servicios (cubiertos y pan), solo porque me hospede en el lugar me aguante y no tenía prisa pero si solo hubiera ido a comer sin duda me paro y me voy del lugar además traje a mi perro y al llegar me encontré con dos gatos el cual uno de ellos atacó y araño a mi perro, entiendo que luego la convivencia entre estas dos clases de animales puede ser conflictiva pero sucedió y no es grato el altercado qué se crea por tener a estos animalitos sueltos en la propiedad así que a tener cuidado si es que traen a, la mascota

Excesivamente caro por la habitación estandar que axignaron

No estoy evaluando al Hotel estoy evaluando el servicio de BOOKING ya que solicite una habitacion con Terraza y 2 camas, la cual ya conocia en un viaje anterior y me cobraron un costo muy alto, ya que me asignaron una habitacion SIN TERRAZA y muy estandar... Trate de dialogar con la recepción desde el principio y me dijo que no habia posibilidad ya que BOOKING habia asignado la habitacion, en ese momento la habitación solicitada todavia estaba disponible y nunca tuvo la menor intencion de hacer algo por el cliente. El desayuno es un gancho ya que solo incluye Cafe, jugo y pan lo cual no vale el precio que se paga, tonar un desayuno mas completo tiene un costo extra o adicional.

Que me asignaran la habitación que solicite y por la cual me cobraron, exigo la devolucion del costo extra por una habitación con terraza que seria de un 30 por ciento del valor que pague.

Sus jardines, la comida, el baño era amplio y la decoración.

Que para entrar al estacionamiento en la noche es mucho protocolo, deberían dar un número telefónico o algo para avisar que abran la puerta. En el restaurante cuando necesitas ordenar algo, si no es tu mesero, te ignoran. En la noche había muchos mosquitos en nuestro cuarto cuando regresamos a dormir, y teníamos mosquiteros cerrados. Y la cabecera de nuestro cuerpo era de muchos orificios y mi esposo sufre de tripofobia. A lo mejor revisar eso.

En si, el lugar es perfecto! Me encanta, es cómodo, elegante, acogedor, desayunos deliciosos, el personal muy amable!

Los socios o nuevos dueños, es un lugar para descansar, cero es de mood de fiesta, pero los señores junto con vario amiguito decidieron hacer una fiesta bastante escandalosa y después ponerse súper mala copa en la madrugada, sin importarles que varios huéspedes ya nos habíamos quejado por el importunio, a lo que ellos respondieron que son los dueños y no les importaba, en el desayuno se comportaron de la misma manera, un escándalo que tenían. Le bajaron todo el plus a este hotel tan bonito

Gran restaurante, mal hotel

El jardín esta muy bonito. Cuenta con estacionamiento. La comida esta rica

La cama esta durísima, el cuarto demasiado oscuro (ni siquiera prendiendo todas las luces es suficiente). Este no es un hotel con restaurante, es un restaurante con hotel por lo que hacen demasiado ruido desde las 7am sacando mobiliario para el restaurante y a las 9 empezó una cantante con bocina para amenizar el desayuno pero es una fatal experiencia para quien esta tratando de descansar. El desayuno incluido en la reserva es tristísimo, mejor comprarlo aparte porque la comida si esta rica. La alberca esta ligeramente fría, no tan agradable para Octubre.
