Good hotel for short stay. Nice layout

The layout and facilities were good. The staff was helpful.

The location was not ideal, but was not a big issue for us. On a very busy street.

The bathroom was really clean

The front desk evening man and lady for the night shift were quite rude and they took some drinks we left in the fridge, plus at night they wouldn't open the parking for us and other guests that arrived later

El control de la televisión no sirve La alberca está muy sucia El estacionamiento es un problema muy grande, nos llamaron a la habitación en la madrugada 2 veces para mover el coche porque el espacio es demasiado reducido para maniobrar. Las camas rechinan mucho y se escucha todo lo que hacen los de otras habitaciones. Al ser un hotel familiar, debería existir algún tipo de control porque parecía más motel de paso. Si van con niños definitivamente no es una buena opción si no los quieren traumar o dar explicaciones innecesarias

La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable. Es lo único bueno del hotel

El.hotel esta espacioso, pero la cama es muy pequeña, traíamos dos chicos grandes para una de las habitaciones y nos querían volver a cobrar la habitación para cambiarnos a una de dos camas. No ponen agua en las habitaciones y los accesorios de baño como shampoo y jabón son una burla.

Nos recibió de emergencia.

El costo del hospedaje en booking es excesivamente elevado en comparación con la estadía directa en el hotel. No aceptan American express, no tiene amenidades de restaurante o room service, las habitaciones son muy sencillas pero muy limpias. A pesar de ello no me volvería a hospedar allí. Solo fue por emergencia. La persona de limpieza es muy platicadora aunque tiene buenas intenciones no a todos nos gusta contar nuestra vida ni el motivo de la visita.

Muy agradable estancia

Me pareció una excelente opción para hospedarnos unos pocos días, pues está cerca del centro, la autopista del sol y la casa de mi familia. Las encargadas de ambos turnos fueron muy amables. Las habitaciones siempre limpias y en general todo gratamente satisfactorio. Muy seguro, el hotel. La alberca es pequeña, con agua a temperatura ambiente, muy agradable. No es un hotel lujoso pero cumple con su función.

es un lugar donde te tratan mal , son abusivos y quieren sacar provecho de cualquier mala situacion

tuvimos una pesima experiencia en este lugar pues despues de que no nos dejaron pasar al hotel hasta las 3 de la tarde la encargada nosntrato muy muy mal, despues en a noche despues de ser asaltadas y que nos robaran la camioneta donde ibamos de vacaciones en el hotel nos trataron como si los ladrones fueramos nosotros, de una manera insensible despues del mal trato de parte de el servicio del hotel nos cobraron una llave que nos robaron en 500 pesos y realmente fue una tristeza conocer a gente con tan pocos escrupulos despues de ver que habiamos sido despojadas de todas nuestras pertenencias , jamas regresaria a ese lugar y por supuesto no se lo recomiendo a nadie
