Sehr schönes altes Landhaus mit Garten, frisch restauriert mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Wohnzimmer, einer für Sri-Lankische Verhältnisse gut ausgestattete Küche (allerdings nur ein reiskocher, kein Herd vorhanden) und einer hübschen überdachten Terasse. Die Betreuung durch Dilshan vor Ort und Dinesh per Handy war übersus gut, Anfragen wurden sofort erledigt. Der Wasserdruck im Bad/ in der Küche ist relativ niedrig. Der Garten könnte sauberer sein, gerade hinterm Haus lag recht viel Müll rum. Nach vorne hin war der Garten sauber. Tempel in laufweite, trotzdem liegt die „Villa“ am Dorfes d, ca 3-4 km ins Zentrum.
