Location is amazing and the size of apartment is the best

They send an e-mail everyday, it is not necessary.

I really like how spacious it was. I know most apartments in Japan are on the smaller side so it was nice having accommodations for my family of 5. And I especially liked the location. Not quite near Shibuya 109 where it’s loud and busy but still near enough to be a 10 mins bus ride away. Our bus line was literally in front of the apartment and Shibuya Station is few mins away. Everything was clean, instructions were easy and straight forward. Property management kept messaging us throughout the trip, that was nice & thoughtful. I definitely would book Hiroo East again!

Absolutely nothing!

The area was great, easy to reach other areas. A lot of nice restaurants.

We struggle a bit with check in but it could also be our own fault ; )

It was spacious and location was good. A few min walk to railways. Lawson and 7/11 were just across the street.

It was quite confusing to get into the property. First of all, I failed to do the passport check-in ahead of time. So we stood at the door for 20 min getting that done. Once I got a code, it wasn’t for the front door, it was for the room door. Reading the instructions back later, the door code was in there. Luckily, another renter came out and helped me with the front door. Once in, there was a funky smell in the place. We opened all the windows to let it air out. I noticed the curtains in the bathroom smelled and had some red mold growing on it. The bath towels were equivalent to a longer sized hand towel! The sofa bed and twin bed were not comfortable. The extra pillows were stained and dusty. We had to put an extra cushion from the closet on the twin bed that you can feel the springs on. And there was no extra cushion for the sofa bed.
