The appartment felt very spacious. The beds and couch were really comfortable to sleep on. TV was able to access apps (Netflix etc), this was an issue for us at another hotel where we could only access local TV. Great location, close to the action but not too close to really busy crowds. Host provided great detailed booklet that provided lots of helpful info on appliances etc. Having access to a good washer/dryer was very useful.
Only one very minor issue. The couch needed vacuum cleaning before we could make up our bedding.

시부야 역에서 매우 가깝고 출입이 매우 쉬워서 좋았습니다. 숙소 근방에 로손, 세븐일레븐, 패밀리 마트가 모두 있어서 먹고 싶었던 제품들을 대부분 구할 수 있었습니다. 위치도 정말 좋습니다. 10분만 걸으면 파르코, 스크램블 스퀘어, 세이부 모두 다 있습니다. 에어컨도 매우 시원하고 도어락으로 되어있으며 방이 넓어 가방을 펼쳐 놓는데도 좋았습니다.
엘리베이터가 0.5층(작은 계단 5개 정도) 높고, 숙소들이 0.5층 정도 낮게 있어서 잠시 짐을 들어야 됩니다. 하지만 큰 문제는 아닙니다.

The location was excellent. Great place to stay for a family of 5. Having a washing machine and dryer was really helpful.

Great place. Very large space and compkete with washer, bath and kitchen
Need to walk 500m to reach Shibuya Station. Not so far but not as near as i initially expected.
