Great location near Ebisu station. Very nice and clean apartment.
Access via stairs only. Not an issue unless you have big or heavy luggage.

Loved the location. So close to Ebisu train station, lots of shops. Great gyoza restaurant on the ground floor.
It was spacious and comfortable.
There’s no lift so if you have any mobility issues, I wouldn’t stay here but the stairs weren’t an issue for us.
As per previous reviews, odd drain smell but we experienced this in a few places in the area so it must be a general issue not specific to apartment. Just leave the bathroom window open a little and it goes away.

Great location!
The apartment itself was disappointing. There was a bad smell, the air conditioning in the lounge room was so noisy we couldn’t sleep the first night. My husband cleaned the vents, which were filthy, the next day which fixed the issue. Shower was not good.
