SUNRISE STAY Ebisu

The location was great in Ebisu about 3-4 blocks from Ebisu Station. I liked the separated living area on the fourth floor and the bedrooms, shower and toilet on the fifth floor. It worked very well for 6 people and we never felt cramped. It was very clean and extremely well stocked for a month long stay. The individual heating/ cooling units in each room worked very well. The beds were very comfortable and linens nice. Very generous supply of towels. It was nice having a washing machine. We found a small laundry about 5-10 minutes away to dry our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing simple meals and had all the necessary cleaning supplies. There was also a full bath downstairs with shower, tub, double sinks, washing machine and separated bidet toilet. All in all, the apartment was quite comfortable.

No lift and four flights up, but it was OK even for 76 year olds. There needs to be better signage by the ground level entrance door and a sign on the mailbox that says “Sunrise Stay” and 4F. The stairwell motion light should have been left on, it was very dark at the top of the stairs with no signage that we were in the right place. More living room furniture would be nice so that more than 3 can sit in living area.

Great location and spacious apartment for Tokyo with attentive management.

No lift and bad odor and noise outside.
