The location was fabulous! Easy access to both the Hiroo Station and the Ebisu station. We chose this location for my in-laws to stay at because it was only 10 minutes from our apartment. It also has easy access to a 7/11 and grocery store (Rico's). Oh! And the mattress appeared to be brand new. The amount of space was exactly as described and very nice.
Our only complaint about this stay was the shower room. The shower room seals really well and has a fan, but if the fan is not left running, the room retains moisture. My mother in law bought bleach at Ricos and made a signifiant improvement in the look/cleanliness of the caulk in the shower. The amenities offered were wonderful! American tourists would appreciate a coffee maker in addition to the hot water pot as an option.
