Sometimes you can feel a little bit the smell of sewage

It was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. It was in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood steps away from the busy parts of the city. The checkin was easy and convenient.

Room was fantastic. However, the bed was entirely too small for a couple. It was a standard single bed. Yes, there was a fold out couch which could also have been used but this was not practical for the space. Otherwise, we loved the room.

Bed size

Good location. The room was equipped with a washing machine + dryer, which we found to be incredibly handy. Management were quick to respond to all queries.

This was easily the least accommodating stay of my entire trip. The room lacked basic amenities such as a hairdryer, which is something I would consider standard. The bathroom was extremely cramped - to the point where it was difficult to move, and the shower curtain constantly stuck to your body, making it quite uncomfortable to use. The air conditioner was concerning. When I attempted to use the heating function, it emitted a strong, unpleasant smell, which raised questions about cleanliness and maintenance. There was no flexibility whatsoever with luggage storage after checkout. I was simply told to use a train station locker. Every other accommodation I stayed at offered some form of assistance, so this stood out as particularly unaccommodating. Other small but frustrating details included: No spare toilet rolls in the room (had to request them) A very low-hanging light fixture that we repeatedly hit our heads on No elevator, requiring us to carry heavy luggage up stairs - this was not disclosed in advance. Overall, while the stay was manageable, there are several small improvements that could make a meaningful difference to comfort and convenience.
