Location was excellent, just 7 minutes from Shibuya scramble crossing...7-11 and Lawson nearby. All facilities were provided, very spacious with 5 single beds, a decent sized bathroom along with washing machine. Kitchen had all the crockery and room was accessible with a lift. Rooms were spacious enough.
The internet didn't work properly and it was not rectified during my stay, customer service was responsive but didn't actually make a difference. They could have come and replaced the device but just asked me to restart and change settings myself (which weren't successful). Also late at night the access to the apartment was not very well-lit.

Not very clean, difficult self check in steps, they old us we would pay more if we used all the beds of the appartements so we didn’t Even dare sit on it
