We loved our stay at this property. It was very close walking distance to the shibuya station and all the shopping and food we needed without having to travel for long periods of time. Will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a good size for three of us. The location is great. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, just past the most hectic part of Shibuya. I think the price was a value. Would definitely stay here again.
I received check-in instructions in advance of my arrival, so that was no issue as others had experienced. However I didn't get a response when I asked in advance if a slightly earlier check-in would be possible. This didn't end up being an issue with flight delays, but it doesn't seem like the owners are active in responding to custom queries.
