冷氣會自己停掉時好時壞；水槽有臭味；廁所地板都不會乾很濕；地毯很髒；附近施工聲音蠻大；2樓沒電梯； 插座不方便；浴室掛架是壞的

非常满意 房间设施完备，打扫的干干净净，还可以自己做饭，周围五分钟就有三家超市可供生活服务，其中一家居然在楼底下，真是太好不过啦。地理位置很便利，去 JR十分钟内步行距离。 我做饭时不小心把锅盖弄坏了，店家也没有让我赔付，我非常过意不去，再次表示感谢！
没有不满意，如果说有个改进的是，请在洗澡室墙面多订一个储物搁板，方便放个人洗漱用品，特别是女士的化妆品，这样取用比较方便，更有家的感觉。

Достаточно чисто. Более-менее все есть в квартире. Заселение без проблем
В помещении нет стола для двух человек, кушать только по очереди. Чайник не дотягивается до розетки, приходится буквально его руками держать. Вайфай работает только на половину квартиры и очень слабо. Попасть в квартиру с чемоданами очень тяжело из-за узкой лестницы. Метро далеко, только автобусы.
