跟照片一樣好看的家，位於寧靜巷弄內，這兩天挖掘附近幾間餐廳、咖啡廳和錢湯都好棒，體驗非人擠人的京都日常，若想去鬧區，公車站也很近！再次謝謝民宿主人有耐心地幫助不會鎖門&不會用暖氣的我⋯

- Authentic machiya that was upgraded to suit modern preferences
- Lovely neighbourhood with lots of small restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries and convenience stores
- Comfortable bed
- Washing maschine with built-in dryer
- Helpful explanations for how to use the apartment's appliances (though some other info, specifically about the apartment's key and the wifi, were outdated)
- Heating only in the living room/kitchen and bedroom (which made it hard to get the baththub/shower room to dry properly and also resulted in constantly moist towels)
- While the apartment was in general quite clean, it had some blind spots, most importantly dusty surfaces. My partner was a bit worried, since she can be sensitive to dust, but it wasn't a problem in the end.
- 25-minute walk to the next subway station (bus stops are nearby, though)
