部屋は清潔で、夏でしたがエアコンが効いて涼しく、また雨の日も洗濯物を浴室乾燥できました。折り畳み傘を持参しましたがビニール傘が人数分備え置いてあって強い雨でも快適でした。堀川今出川のバス停も使えば観光地へのアクセスもとても良かったです。
しいて言えば炊飯器の内蓋の裏側がもっときれいにしてあったらよかったと思います。

It was very clean and comfortable with good amenities.
The steep staircase to the top level needs a railing, it’s quite hazardous. The kettle needs instructions! or replace it with something simple to use. We had to cover the “exit” light, it’s too bright for sleeping.

房间真的很好 也很舒适 适合朋友一起住 设施也很齐全 周围很安静 房东也很热心
如果四个人住的话外面睡的那个人会受到安全逃生路口灯的影响

The whole property was superbly equipped with quality fixtures and fittings. It was immaculate and very comfortable.
The only improvement the landlord could make would be to include towels as well as the bedding as we had to bring our own towel and travelling light took up a bit of back pack space.
