Beautiful place, wonderfully decorated and close to a bus stop
Finding all the light switches was a little difficult but expected when unfamiliar with the language

The place is in a small residential street off a that is in a bus route, easily accessible by bus after getting off the subway. Quite convenient. Lots of eateries around. Property is very comfortable and clean. Feels very much like home. Owner was very helpful and kind. She even brought over Xmas treats for our grandkids. Beautiful, generous gesture to make us feel at home. Thanks so much for being so thoughtful. Definitely will come back to stay when we are in Kyoto again.

we were too late to looking for japanese style accommodation. finally we booked this one.
apartment is new and clean.
location is not that good, need to walk for a while to take bus. do not have many choices for restaurant nearby. not cheap.
