The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in process was very easy and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and a little kitchen with basic utensils and supermarket just infront of the hotel, also the bus stop is right outside of the hotel so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again

You cannot beat the price for this hotel/apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious...and exactly as pictured on the site. The only downside (which is very minor) is that the check-in is at a separate location, which is in walking distance of Kyoto station, which is where you will most likely be arriving anyway. The staff was SUPER kind and friendly - and they shuttle you right to your apartment/hotel suite, which is great and the building we were in was modern, clean and fantastic. This is a great find for the most reasonable price we booked in Japan.
