Outstanding stay for a total of 15 days. Comfortable bed and futon, nice pillows, exact duvet thickness for me and my wife - she needs a warmer one and I do not. Plenty of supermarkets around, takoyaki stall 15 m away. We would love to come back. It was a self-check-in. Hosts were always available to answer questions on Booking.com messenger.

A few things could make some people unhappy - a very tight bath area when you suppose to wash yourself before getting in a deep but narrow tub. Washing dishes in a sink which is almost at my knee level was a pain in my back. I certainly did not enjoy learning how to sort garbage in Kyoto. But if you want to experience a single Japanese person's living conditions - go for it.

淋浴間偏窄（不過176公分不會撞到天花板），活動空間有限，適合手腳靈活的人！熱水很穩很快！

The house is a 10 minutes walk from the Emmachi Station, which is on the same line as the Saga-Arashiyama Station and Kyoto Station. Nearby there is an Aeon supermarket to buy anything you may want to eat, from snacks to meals. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The apartment has a double bed, separate toilet and bathtub, fridge, vending machine, etc. You have control of the water heater inside the room, so you can have hot water in a few minutes. For up to 2 people, there is enough space to put their luggage and move inside the room.

Both the toilet room and the bathroom are quite narrow. There is no place to put the toiletries inside any of them. If you have big luggage, you will need to carry them through a narrow staircase. The curtains are a bit thin, so if you wake up easily from the sunlight, get a sleeping mask.

立地は良かった。スーパーも近く、交通機関もわかりやすかった。

ウォッシュレットがない。シャワールームが狭い。消耗品の補充が出来ていない。電子レンジに使える食器がない（乾いていない）
