There was a free washing machine in the backyard, the room was quiet and there was a heat pump to control the room temperature. There were blinds to keep the room dark which helped with sleeping. There were free bikes available to borrow which made getting around Kyoto easier.

There wasn't a bidet in the washroom. The hot water was confusing to turn on, so we did not bother with it and just used cold water during our stay.

I've stayed together with a friend at this place for 3 nights. The communication with yausushi was super easy. He replied so fast and answered every question really quickly. He also gave me a bunch of recs for kyoto. Check-in was super easy. We could enter the room even before 4pm (that was the check in time). The room was clean. You have some kitchen ware, bicycles, washing machine and dryer (free), hairdryer, microwave etc. So basically everything you need. The location of this place is not really in the center. But its a really calm, in a lovely hood, and you have enough connections to the metro, bus and tram so that it is super easy to reach the center and other areas of kyoto. But the reason why i really appreciate that place is that yausushi helped me to get my ring back after it fell in the sink. I ask him for advise if there is a possibility to get the ring back. But after following his instructions i still was not able to get it back. He offered to come by the next day to look for it but i already lost hoped so ive turned his offer down. Nonetheless he came by after ive already checked out and looked for my ring. He found it! And since i was already at the metro station he drove there to drop it off. Everything was just really wholesome. Yausushi helped me a lot and is such a kind, lovley and caring host. I would def stay at his place again!

Very nice and tidy place in a good neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need is included and the host is very nice and responsive.
