Beautiful property, nice staff who are very helpful and kind.
The garden is lovely and the food is great.
The room was generally clean, well supplied. common areas (eg. near the fridge) can be maintained better. Also the storage space in the room (wardrobe) needed upkeep as we found hair and some unclean linen.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast. An unexpected bonus was having a desert cafe onsite. The accomodations for 5 were great for the price. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We traveled with little ones, and they were very accommodating and helpful. It is far from the main tourist area, but it was nice to be able to have a nice balance of busy and peaceful.
