The instructions and guidance for self-check-in and check-out were very clear and easy to follow. The owner and staff were very responsive in answering our questions. The mailbox was also very easy to use. The property has an elevator, so it was easy for us to bring our big luggage up and down.
Nothing :) I like everything in this property. Everything we needed for our stay was available and well provided. The convenience stores and local supermarket in front of the accommodation were very helpful for us. We have nothing to complain about. Even when we had a problem, they provided a solution very quickly.
