這個街區晚上十分安靜，但千本通上就有麥當勞、超市、すき家、百元商店，機能完善。 公車直達北區各大景點以及四条，整體交通便利。 因為格局關係與隔壁房沒有接鄰，房間非常安靜，以單人來說空間很足夠，可攤開大型行李。 簡易廚房的設備一應俱全，很開心附有不鏽鋼鍋。 有折疊桌椅和茶几也很棒，適合數位遊牧與出差辦公， 待一週房東就附上四份毛巾，吹風機風力強勁好用！ 覺得特別貼心的是，房間鑰匙上掛有熊鈴，第一次在日本遇到有房東貼心著想到這點～ 整體來說非常適合久居，沒有想到能在櫻花季的京都租到這樣一戶高CP值的公寓！
沒有寄放行李的服務，住宿點離二条站步行20分鐘，在不能帶大型行李上公車的京都，處理行李得要自己想辦法。 房間整體乾淨整潔，但沒有到一塵不染的程度，感覺廚房檯面有些許使用痕跡， 以我個人來說，赤腳行走於木頭地板還是不太舒適，若能附上拖鞋還是會感覺比較好。
