Very comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need.
There was a slight issue with the parking on site upon arrival. Due to an administrative error we received a parking fine after our stay but I'd contacted booking.com and the host contacted me personally and sorted this out on my behalf and had the PCN cancelled. Heating system was not the best and it was a little cold waking up in the mornings or returning from a day out but this was only a small issue. Maybe a little too far to walk into town for some but the bus stop right outside the apartment made it so easy.. Parking on site is welcome but just make sure your vehicle has been registered by the host upon arrival.

Nice apartment in a good location
It was modern with parking, close walking distance to a lovely pub (Fox Inn) with a bus stop outside the building. Walking distance to town or less than £10 in a Uber.
The apartment only has two heaters set at 15 degrees, we had to keep turning them up but they default back to the lower temperature after a little while and the apartment didn’t really feel warm. Also as both heaters are under the windows this maybe doesn’t help. Mattress and pillow protectors would be a great addition and maybe some hand soap in the bathroom.

Brilliant stay and would definitely use again if visiting York.
Perfect location for visiting York. 20 minute walk or few minutes on bus, bus stop within 100 yards of apartment! Apartment ws perfect, exceptionally clean, everything you could want for your stay. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to make your own meals. Safe parking off road in allocated spot.
Some road noise but might not bother everyone.

Very pleased with the accommodation.
Location was quiet and convenient. On a good bus route into York city centre. Good car parking at the property. Plenty of hot water.
A minor complaint only. A few more teatowels would be useful for those of us who do use the kitchen.
