Livingstone street apartment 2 is our 1-bedroom luxury apartment located in a perfect spot just outside of the city centre in the Leeman road area. Roughly a 20 minutes' riverside walk into the centre of York.
This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment has recently been refurbished You will immediately notice that everything in the apartment is practically brand new. Through the entrance door you will see the spacious open plan living and kitchen/dining room. The living room is decorated to a high standard, offering a king sofa bed for extra sleeping space and a smart flat screen Tv.
The stylish kitchen comes complete with an electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washer for your use. Alongside all of the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a basic meal.
The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable super king size bed that can be split into singles if requested.
The bathroom contains modern tiling throughout, it has a bath with a shower overhead.
The furnishings are extremely comfortable and makes the apartment a perfect choice for your stay in York.

This was the perfect place for a short getaway. The accommodation was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. It was easy to settle in straight away, and the location made it convenient to visit local attractions, restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and made the whole stay effortless.

Great location (only 30 minute walk to city centre) and the apartment was very clean, comfortable to live in and suitable for families. Definitely recommend.

Nice apartment just outside the City Centre. Had everything we needed for a short break in York Clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Communication was great from hosts and check in details very easy to understand
