You will love this quaint little one bedroom terraced house that has been lovingly refurbished to a very high standard. It is situated in the peaceful district of Holgate. Conveniently located, it is less than a twenty-minute walk to York Railway Station and York's famous National Railway Museum. Frequent buses from Holgate Rd take you easily into town, with stops for Yorkshire Museum and gardens, York Theatre Royal, and York Art Gallery. York Racecourse is only 1.9 miles away. Holgate itself is home to attractions including the restored Holgate Windmill and the historic Cold War Bunker. The Fox pub is an excellent, traditional, local with a good selection of real ales and a lively outside space for children. Alternatively the near-by York Yoga Studio in on-hand to help you to unwind. There is a key safe for convenient self check in at any time after 3pm on the day of your arrival. Street parking right outside your door, but you must display a permit which is inside the house. Entrance into a cosy sitting room with Smart TV and original feature fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for your home away from home stay with Oven Hob, Washer and breakfast bar. There is a pretty courtyard garden with patio set and secure gate lock to store bikes. The staircase leads to a surprisingly spacious bathroom with Shower over bath and a bright and airy bedroom with sash window, TV and plenty of storage.
