We loved the attention to detail and the commitment to the aesthetic right through the house. Lots of wonderful little details to discover and it made our stay in York so exciting. Convenient street parking nearby and a lovely 20 minute walk into the centre along the river. Great location.
The only issue was how hot the bedrooms got in the hot weather. We'd read this in a previous review and brought a couple of fans with us, and we were fine. But everything else in the house was very comfortable and we had a great time

The place was set up good if your into witchy kind of stuff
No manuals how to work cooker n heating but cooker was ok when we rang someone ,a very pricey stay would be better if there was a welcome pack , too spooky my grandaughter so prob wont stay again but was ok as a one off
