Excellent location, Good facilities and spotlessly clean

Pillows weren’t very comfortable on the beds

The property was nice , clean and spatial . Close to centre. Good caffe machine. Perugia Beautifull place to stay.

Start with key collection look like registration to prison. Everything but finger prints. Property was very dark and hot inside ( temp 27-28 degree)No air condition. Only wobly fan. No side tables at bed. Ground location very loud at night to.-no privacy good for passers-by. No curtains or blinds No kettle or cups for tee. Kitchen knifes not for use. All cabinets or wardrobs used in70% by owner staf. No place for us.No City wiev at all. On top of that -arogant owner so we did not ask for more help. The description not correspond to reality But Supose to be DELUXE apartment.

The apartment is beautiful and feels safe, with a beautiful, minimalist, and unpretentious decor. It’s also quite spacious.There is natural light in the living room, while the rest of the apartment receives limited daylight. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it convenient for carrying luggage. Despite facing a main and often noisy street, it’s very well soundproofed, you don’t hear any noise from outside, when the window is closed. There’s no curtain in the living room to block the light, but that’s not a major issue, as the bedrooms are quite dark and comfortable for sleeping. The beds are a good size, not big, but not too small and they are comfortable. It all seems new, the wooden floors and furniture look very nice. The location is excellent, just a minute’s walk from the old town, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot.

There is no air conditioning, and the bedrooms can get very warm, even in warm days of May. Both rooms have small windows facing an indoor parking area. Unfortunately, opening them lets in constant noise from the parking machinery, making it nearly impossible to sleep. However, with the windows closed, the apartment is very quiet, even though it's located on a main street. Additionally, there's no real barrier or protection on that side (the back, bedroom side), so it doesn't feel totally safe to leave the windows open while sleeping. If you're traveling by car, street parking is nearly impossible to find, and it’s pay-by-the-hour. The nearest parking garage isn't far, but it's not exactly close either—about a 10-minute walk. We also had trouble understanding how the parking system worked and had to contact the host on the first day. Overall, other than the parking, we contacted the host about two issues: the safe box, which was locked and unusable, and the front door key, which had a serious issue. It often took us 10–15 minutes to unlock the front -building-door. Sometimes we were lucky and someone else opened it for us; other times, we had to keep trying until it finally worked, only occasionally did it open easily. Unfortunately, we never received any response from the host about either issue. The most disappointing part, however, was the host’s complete lack of communication or concern. We received no message upon arrival and no acknowledgment when we decided to leave three days early—even though we had paid for the full stay. We also had no guidance on what to do with the garbage. Seems small but as anyone who has traveled to Italy knows, waste disposal follows strict rules. Out of conscience, we ended up taking our trash with us by car when we left. This was, without a doubt, the worst hosting experience we've ever had, and we’re not difficult guests.

Mancavano tazzine e tazze per la colazione, non c era neppure una capsula per fare un caffè nè una bottiglia d’acqua. I posti letto erano 5 non per 6 persone, il divano letto in soggiorno era per 1 persona (tra l altro scomodissimo) e anche i materassi delle camere non erano molto comodi.
