An ancient building , originally a church from 1200 AC , located in the historic center of Perugia. You can find peace and tranquility. Time seems to extraordinarily stopped were it not for the unique presence with every comfort.
In the city there are many monuments and museums to visit and restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian cuisine.

In the heart of the historic section of Perugia, the simple entry belies the beautiful interior of this apartment our family called home for several days. It was a perfect location for walking to all the sites in the city. The three bedrooms and large gathering spaces were perfect for privacy and family time. Costanza was our greeter and she was available to answers all our questions and offer suggestions for area restaurants and cafes. For an authentic experience, we would recommend this apartment. Beautiful! Constanza was lovely about helping with check-in and getting me oriented. It was much more space than I needed but would be a great place for a group of 4-6. And the town is just amazing.

Beautiful apt. Would definitely stay here again. All the amenities. Comfortable and big beds. Marcella (asst) was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Booking and getting in to the apartment was easy with the owners assistance. The apartment is quite large and comfortable. It is on the first floor and thus easy to access. It is also located in the center of Perugia - you can walk out your door and go to a cafe or restaurant steps away. It does not have much natural light, but the furnishings and finishes are all very nice.
