great views of lake como, quiet stay at night, space was ok, washing machine was helpful along with the kitchen facilities, nearby parking was also great, host left us a small catalogue to operate everything in the apartment
the stairs made of wood was making noise when using up and down, there is no espresso machine which forced us to travel down to the city to grab coffee, there is a crazy neighbor old women with no manners who came out and started shouting at us for quickly parking the car near the apartment to load the luggage. there was no washing hose in the toilets. apartment can be cleaner

Nothing regarding the property, it was great, just a difficult walk uphill in the heat from Varenna

We couldn’t find the pegs for the washing line
It would be great if there was a toaster
