Overall a very comfortable stay

The property was located around 4km from the central station. The location was just perfect with the river flowing beside the place. You can hear the water flow throughout. The place had everything that is required for a perfect stay. We were blessed to have amazing kitchen which had all the good quality cutleries.. The host was quite welcoming who lived next door.

It had just one bathroom for a large space apartment.

Geweldige woning voor topverblijf op kwartier afstand van het centrum van Salzburg

Wat een heerlijke dagen hebben we met ons gezin (48, 47, 18, 16 en 3 jaar) beleefd bij Haus Theresia! Bij aankomst werden we allerhartelijkst begroet door de eigenares en haar moeder; een heel warm welkom, waardoor we ons na een lange autorit meteen op ons gemak voelden. We kregen een rondleiding door de woning en zagen al meteen dat het piekfijn in orde, zeer goed geoutilleerd en hygiënisch en schoon was. Voor onze 3-jarige dochter was met veel toewijding een apart bed opgemaakt; ze heeft er als een roos geslapen. We kregen goede uitleg over de omgeving en ontvingen van de eigenares openbaarvervoerkaarten, waarmee we bij de bushalte op slechts een meter of 20 van de woning gelegen bushalte op de bus konden stappen, die ons gratis in een goed kwartier naar het bruisende centrum van Salzburg bracht. De woning bood ons alles wat we tijdens ons verblijf nodig hadden, inclusief een supermarkt op loopafstand. De bedden sliepen heerlijk, in de keuken konden we gezellig ontbijten en dineren, de badkamer (met toilet) en het aparte toilet waren spik en span, het internet functioneerde prima, kortom: Haus Theresia is een 'fabelhafte Wohnung'! En dat voor een betaalbare prijs. Reizen we nogmaals naar Salzburg of het Salzburger Land, dan keren we hier beslist terug.

Un posto tranquillo vicino alla città, con host adorabile

Tutto. La casa molto accogliente, l'autobus per Salisburgo di fronte, semplice parcheggio. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è la padrona di casa: disponibile, carinissima...semplicemente adorabile.

Casa spaziosa e pulita sul fiume. 15 minuti da Salzburg. Gentile Krista la proprietaria. Noi ci siamo andati con 3 cani e lei li ha accettati serenamente (non è scontato)

Várakozásunkat felülmúlta, tökéletes szállás, a szállasadó kedves.

Tökéletesen felszerelt szállás, egyszerűen, minden volt a konyhában. Apartmanban nem szoktak kávégépet tenni, vasalót, itt voltak ezek is. De a konyha egyéb felszereltsége is kiváló.

Egyedüli hiányossága, hogy az ágy nagyon puha, süppedős, reggel fáj tőle a derék.

Nella natura a pochi minuti da Salisburgo

La padrona di casa vive nella villa accanto ed è molto accogliente. Con il check-in si ha la possibilità di avere un qr-code per sfruttare il trasporto pubblico di Salisburgo. Molto comodo dato che la fermata è vicina e per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono 15 minuti (i parcheggi sono molto costosi). La casa è molto grande, su due livelli, perfetta per una famiglia di 4 o 5 persone. Si affaccia su un piccolo fiume: alberi e natura avvolgono la casa. La cucina, anche se è senza lavastoviglie, è attrezzata di tutto. Ottima pulizia e buoni i servizi: siamo stati bene.

Durante il nostro soggiorno ha piovuto molto e con la vicinanza del fiume c’era molta umidità. Siamo stati sfortunati noi 😢 peccato

Groß, relativ kühl trotz Hitzewelle, Hunde willkommen, Küche extrem gut ausgestattet, freundliche Vermieterin, 2 WCs, Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe und man ist schnell in der Stadt

Keine Fliegengitter, Fluss ist trotz geschlossener Fenster relativ laut zu hören

Wenn salzburg, dann wieder hier im Haus Theresia!

Ein ganzes Haus für uns alleine, neben der Fischach, die ständig rauscht- (nein, es regnet nicht-wir hatten die Fenster in der Nacht zu), es ist grosszügig und alles vorhanden und noch mehr, Gläser und Geschirr vom feinsten! Frau Chrsita, die Gatgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kleine Geschenke am Nachtisch, und in der Küche Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee... Fön, Seife, Haarshampoo... grosses Plus: Anbindung an Salzburg mit kostenlosem Bus, alle 15 Minuten. Alle Verkehrsmittel gratis, wenn man in der Unterkunft gemeldet ist. Busstation fast neben der Haustür. Es ist ruhig und im Grünen mit Parkplatz. wenn salzburg, dann wieder hier!
