The apartment is spacious and very clean - there are no hidden spider webs and there is no dust. There is enough cutlery for everyone and everything is new. The oven, the ACs, the TVs, the dishwasher - everything looks like brand new. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are not cold and there is also a washer and a dryer so you can carry less baggage when traveling light.
The noise insulation is not good and it early mornings you can hear the cars from the streets. Also, there was not a warning that we will have to pay the tourist taxes separate from the price that is mentioned in Booking, just a note in the description would be okay. The sofa's armrest on one of the sides seem to be a bit broken.

check in was fast with no keys needed. all by mobile phone.
the flat is very functional, has all you need.
coffee machine with pods was a plus.
everything looks new, modern and clean.
big TVs in all the rooms with lots of channels.
close to airport, city centre and Bologna Fair.
a big supermarket just across the road.
single beds are made for children not adults.
the sofa in the living room was broken and not comfortable for three adults to sit on and watch the TV.

Appartamento spazioso, caldo per l’inverno e dotato di tutti i comfort. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari e anche di macchinetta del caffè con cialde, tè e camomilla. Le due stanze da letto sono grandi e i due bagni comodi. Self check-in facile e host disponibile per chiarimenti. Consigliato.
