This hotel is not suitable for disabled travelers. The staff lacks proper training and empathy.

The room was nice and warm, and the price and breakfast were average, but the lack of basic humanity and accessibility for a disabled guest is unacceptable.

I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. I chose this hotel because, when I booked on November 23rd, Ms. Floriana was very kind in English and assured me that the staff would be helpful. I explicitly stated my severe disability (60% disability with reduced mobility). I was led to believe that a reserved parking spot close to the elevator would be available and free of charge. The reality was completely different: Parking & Safety: Upon arrival, there was no designated disabled parking. The ground was covered in slippery snow, which was extremely dangerous for my limited mobility. Instead of assisting, the staff told me the parking was not near the hotel, but unsecured on the street, costing €12.50.According to EU guidelines on disability rights (Recommendation 98/376/EC), parking for disabled guests must be accessible and located as close as possible to the entrance and may be free. Misleading Communication: While early emails were helpful and in English, I received a cold email in German on January 2nd—when it was already too late to cancel. They had from November 23rd until January 2nd to inform me that there was no disabled parking and that it was paid. . Unprofessional Staff: On January 2nd, they sent an email stating that the room was non-smoking and that I would be fined €250 if I smoked. I have never smoked in my life. However, I noticed that the receptionist himself smelled strongly of marijuana. It is unacceptable for staff to use such substances while on duty in a non-smoking hotel. Furthermore, at breakfast, the staff member refused to heat my lactose-free milk in the microwave—a simple request that takes only 30 seconds.

At last a good shower.

A very contemporary well planned fitout. The generous size of the shower was particularly appreciated. Many other hotels overlook this. Good, firm bed. Good breakfast. Right in the heart of town. Secure storage for bicycle

New and really nice

New hotel, opened only a week ago or so. So new, that nothing in my room had been used before. Bed was really comfortable, well the mattress was, the pillows were kinda hard, but I used the extra duvet as a pillow. Breakfast was good. Limited choice, but still something for everyone. I loved the bathroom amenities, especially the handsoap and shampoo, all by Dove.

It was a bit of a struggle to turn off the ac in the room. It kept making weird noises. At some point I just used the central switch to turn everything off in the room, who needs lights when you sleep any way. And the underfloor heating in the bathroom is pretty warm, no clue how one could regulate it. Nice in winter, but a bit too warm for me this time of year.

Zentrale Lage, sehr sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Parken direkt am Hotel. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, lediglich ein ca. 50 cm breites Schrankfach mit einigen Bügeln.

Bei IHG gut aufgehoben

Das zuvorkommende, fachkundige Personal sowie die gepflegte Haus- und Zimmerqualität sind hervorzuheben. Die Betten sind bequem, das gute Frühstück umfangreich. Abends steht ein besonders sympathischer "Barkeeper" für Getränkewünsche zur Verfügung. Vergleichsweise günstige Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich unmittelbar am Hotel. Zudem ist das Ortszentrum mit umfangreicher Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur paar Schritte entfernt. Ein in Wohlfühlaufenthalt.

Equipamento bastante moderno, cama muito confortável, muito bom pequeno almoço e staff muito simpático.

O estacionamento não pertence ao hotel. É bom, mas o staff poderia ter avisado que o pagamento é feito no shopping. Não entendo alemão e a sinalização sobre o pagamento está apenas em alemão. Só percebi pela placa à saída, mas a informação não estava clara para quem não domina a língua.

Super Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Das Badezimmer großzügig geschnitten. Die Betten sehr gut zum Schlafen. Sehr freundliches Personal trotz Mangel ihrerseits.

Der Frühstücksraum war etwas eng für die vorhandenen Gäste. Der Fahrstuhl ohne Erklärung kompliziert. Das Personal musste jonglieren zwischen Rezeption und Bar bzw. Café.

Gutes Business Hotel mit einem tollen Altstadtumfeld. Es lohnt sich.

Alles vorhanden, was der Durchschnitt zum Frühstück möchte. Vom knackigen frischen Brötchen bis hin zur Obstjoghurt Schale. Kaum Plastikverpackungen. House Keeping ohne Beanstandungen, auch die Fugen im Badbereich exzellent sauber. Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Insgesamt vermittelt das Haus den Eindruck, dass eine ambitionierte Mannschaft dahinter steht. Gute Parkplatzsituation, Nachts ruhig.

Wenn morgen um Punkt 7:00 das Parkdeck von einer Straßen Kehrmaschine gesäubert wird. Ist absolut notwendig, aber auch mit Lärm verbunden. Ginge dies auch um 08:00?

Preis Leistung top, Lage perfekt.

Das Frühstück war gut, alles da um in den Tag zu starten. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach sehr gut, man ist in einer Minute beim Busbahnhof und von dort aus, führen alle Wege nach Rom. :) Ein 24h Ticket für 5 Personen kostet 27€ egal ob mit Bus oder Bahn.

Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Das Hotel ist erst seit 3 Monaten in Betrieb und hochmodern. Das Frühstück ist immer mit inkludiert. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück am Wochenende bis um 11 ist ein Traum.

Das Ambiente war modern und gut

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Die Betten nicht sehr bequem und vor allem gab es Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Sie ließ sich zwar ausschalten, sprang aber nach einer oder zwei Minuten wieder an. Mehrfach versucht, ohne dauerhaften Erfolg, das Gerät abzuschaltenBei dem Geräusch war eine ordentliche Nachtruhe unmöglich! Die Lage ist in einem eher ungepflegten Stadtteil. Für eine Nacht ging es (bis auf die Klimaanlage) gerade so.
