Great warm service

I stayed there for 9 days and it was all lovely and clean with very very heartwarming service and care from the owner family. I had my birthday during the stay, They surprised me giving me a lovely local traditional Prato biscuits as they knew it was my birthday when they checked my ID. I strongly believe this is warm service that they do to treat guests very happy and comfortably.

I saw another guest using a microwave in the staffroom. I don't know he was allowed to do it or not. But if it was ok to use it, I wish I would know. They didn't tell me there is a microwave available for guests.

All and all, if I go back to Prato again, I will for sure book this one again. Cute rooms for a fair price, easy to navi

I spent one night here and it was just great! The staff, super sweet woman and her daughter, greeted me with joy and explained everything very clearly and super easy. The room was clean, with a big bed and working wifi. The bathroom was very clean and everything worked perfectly! Perfect for a short stay in beautiful Prato. I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Alma for all, greetings from Siri Alma ;) ;).

Nothing special to give critique to. If wifi is something important for you, I would maybe not rely on this one since the connection wasn’t super strong, but I could still stream a tv-show and have facetime-calls.

Una base perfetta per un viaggio di lavoro!

Struttura ottima in rapporto al prezzo contenuto. La camera è accogliente e arredata con gusto: c'è tutto il necessario. Buona la posizione rispetto al centro città e cordialissimi i gestori.

L'unico consiglio che vorrei dare, compatibilmente con le possibilità, è di inserire una zanzariera sulla portafinestra che dà sul terrazzo. Il resto è perfetto.

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno accolto al di fuori degli orari standard. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con un meraviglioso terrazzo. Un dettaglio per me molto rilevante, l’inclusività e accoglienza dei due proprietari quando abbiamo iniziato a conversare non dando per scontato che avessi una compagna ma che potessi avere un compagno facendomi sentire accolto. I dettagli che fanno la differenza. GRAZiE

Piacevole soggiorno

Ambiente carino e recentemente rinnovato. Stanze molto accoglienti anche se non estremamente spaziose. Letto molto comodo. Host molto gentile, comunicazione perfetta, rapido nelle risposte ai messaggi. Vi è ampia disponibilità di parcheggi pubblici per chi raggiunge la struttura in auto. Piuttosto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro città.
