Hotel was easy to find using GPS. The parking was very convenient! The front information table at the side of the entrance was very neglected. It needed dusting and cleaning badly. Our guest room smelled of smoke.(a smoker's room) In fact, the next night when I pulled out my pjs, I could smell smoke residue. (We do not smoke). Also, the room floor had not been swept and the nightstands had to be washed. I wanted to inform the staff the next morning and she said they have nothing to do Expedia reservations. In fact, I couldn't get a receipt from the front desk person as I checked out. I used Expedia for all of my other hotel reservations and I received a receipt from all except for this hotel. Greatly disappointed. I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, the staff rep. said dinner was to be served at 7:30. We returned to the lobby to find out that there is no dinner on weekends for guests. Staff also told us we could find a bank close by. After driving around to find a bank for some time, we found an ATM. however, it stated that it could not service my request. We did find the "Edone" restaurant. Dinner was the highlight of our stay in Prato. Staff should have a list of reccommended places to offer guests.

It was great except the cleaning lady came in while I was asleep and in the shower. A do not disturb sign would be helpful to have.

The property in my opinion is a little tired and need updating.. We also had to change our 3 times as had a smell of smoking ..best thing was the bed was very comfortable and room spacious..was ok fir 1 nt

Took the suite withb2 bedrooms and large luvingroom with sleep couch. 2 adults 2 children on arrival the couch was nit made ready for sleeping bit they took care of it immediatly. The kitchen did not give super clean impression and the furniture like the bed and tv look dated. also the walls good use a refresh or some wall art? Breakfast very poor. not much choise for a one day stay how ever is fine.

For the amount charged, there needs to be a review done. Breakfast was always the same. The INTERNET never works, or works sometimes, not good for business needs. No facility available at the hotel to arrange tours around Florence, Pisa etc.....all is left to the tourist who come from other places and not having much knowledge of the region. The option to even book online is not possible as then the need arises to go over to Florence to start a tour....this should be changed to have pick up directly from this Hotel to provide convenience to travelers and tourists. Otherwise the Hotel is good and i could consider staying again if these minor points are taken into consideration and addressed.

We stayed for 2 nights. Quick check-in, nice breakfast, very clean, free parking. Location not in the center, but good train connections to Florence.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful. The room was great. I had 3 adults and one teenager in my group and our room was perfect! It had a bedroom, a living room with a full size fold out sofa (which was super comfortable) and two bathrooms. It was great! The only, small critic would be the pillows on the beds were not comfortable. Breakfast included a really nice variety of foods.

It was easy to explore the area from this hotel. A taxi ride to Florence was half an hour or so depending on the time of day. Or there was a good rail link. There were several good restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes walk.

This was our second visit to the hotel. For us its very convenient as we have family living nearby in Prato. Overall the hotel is great - comfortable, spacious rooms, clean and tidy, attentive staff and good breakfasts all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely consider using again.

Stayed here during the height of Italian holiday season so it was hard to find places to stay. This was affordable and available close to Florence with out being in Florence. Had two rooms (only needed one) and the place was spacious and had a kitchen.

The reception was helpful in accommodating my need such as printing out the itinerary etc. The air conditioned room was quite spacious and comfortable with the Internet connection and a nice view. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was quite good with hams, eggs, bacons, sausages, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, breads, fruits and cakes plus drinks (coffee, water, juices and milk). This hotel provided a relaxed and comfortable home base to our visit in Italy. What more can you ask!

We liked this hotel a lot. The 'art' elements are a little contrived, stuck on. It adds to the experience but it's not worth staying here for the art. We used the hotel as the Florence area base on our Honeymoon and, while it wasn't a traditional honeymoon hotel in any respect, it was clean, comfortable and served ourpurposes well. We found it easy to use as a base, easy to travel (by car or train) to many places in Tuscany and far beyond. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was a great example of a common continental buffet. Our room had a kitchen installed but we were told not to use it because we hadn't paid for an apartment. This made no sense, the hotel rate was more than the apartment rate. The hotel always seemed empty until breakfast, I thought this was a good thing as there was no noise. We will visit Tuscany again, we will use Prato as our base again and we will stay in this hotel again.

The people were smoking in the hallways and our 2 rooms looked like they had recently been renovated but were never fully completed. There were funny holes in the walls were things had been previously on the wall. The service was poor and the location is terrible in relation to Florence. Very difficult to even drive into Florence from here.
