the appliances were relatively new. the living room was nicely decorated and cosy. the host reacted to our request and supplied additional towels through Amazon as we were not originally supplied with enough.

This is not located in Edgbaston but Balsall Heath...a BIG difference. The home has been upgraded but the carpet is old and stained, the walls are scuffed and the baseboard is broken in the bedroom. The garden area is abysmal. Instructions should be given in advance on how to operate certain things like the heating in advance. We had no knowledge before arriving that the heating would not be on and so spent the first night without heat. Please place decent bath towels in the property and not the cheap, nasty ones originally supplied.

Lovely house. It had everything we needed except a squeegee for the shower. Good location. Very welcoming.

Perfect for cricket

Really nice place in a fantastic location literally next door to Edgbaston. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of shops and great access to the city centre.

Great value, lovely place to stay and was vey clean and well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home

It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed even a dishwasher which was wonderful. Very good value for money, host was great with replying.

There needs to be more seating options in the front room as some of us had to sit on the floor we had to put the sofa into sofa bed to be able to seat 5 of us.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Charles’ beautiful 3-bedroom home in Birmingham, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. The house itself is immaculate – stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Charles was an outstanding host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and his attention to detail really made a difference. Whether you're visiting Birmingham for work, leisure, or a family trip, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’ll definitely be booking again!
