This charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental offers the perfect blend of comfort and style for your getaway. Located in a desirable area (just 1 mile to the beach and boardwalk), it provides ample space for both relaxation and entertainment.
The first floor features a large primary bedroom and patio, and as you go up the stairs to the main level you are welcomed with an open concept floor plan featuring a spacious living room with cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and an additional table designed for games and puzzles. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, ideal for preparing meals or enjoying morning coffee.
The third level features 2 additional bedrooms. The large primary features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom on the this level features 2 twin beds and a hall bath right outside the bedroom door.
A half-bath on the main floor adds convenience for guests, ensuring everyone's comfort. The townhouse also boasts a private balcony, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the fresh air. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 4 Smart TV's, in-unit laundry, and 2-3 designated parking spaces. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $196.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
